The tank cover was blue. Black vinyl dye has held up for 2 years

I have an old Wolfman explorer lite tank bag I had been using for years on my BMW's for touring. I bought an extra set of mounting straps when I got the S1. It looks a little big on the S1, but it fits very well. I used it for a few thousand miles with the small S1 tank, and just refitted it last month on the Manta tank. Fits just as well and works great. The only niggles are it is kind of in the way during refueling, and I remove the seat/lift the tank to stow away the mounting straps if I know I won't be using it for awhile. I obviously didn't want the straps slapping the paint in the wind when it wasn't on there.....the paint looks bad enough already.

I'll see if I can snap some pics of it this weekend

Do any of the gas tank cap ring mounts work?

I run a bagster on my x1. It's pretty useful and I'm using the bike a lot till I get a fxr then it will get to rest a bit

It's a good size bag 30l and expandable. There are some smaller ones.

I used to use a cortech micro tankbag and it work really well on the bike for small stuff.

I have bought a bagster cover and another bag for my other bike to.
