I have a 02 Buell x1 and love it to death, wanted to turbo it forever.... So over the winter I did just that, t3/t4 hybrid turbo 60 lbs/hr injectors bypassed factory fuel pressure regulator, external boost refranced regulator. I got it all together and fired up with the big injectors and its running super rich so I'm ready to tune it. I have the ecmspy cable and downloaded ecmspy so I'm ready to tune it but only problem is I have never tuned a efi system. I need help please

You will absolutely want widebands and one for each cylinder for this endeavor. EricZ would be one to talk to. Tuning is a real pain and ECM Spy isn't really the best tool for the job. TunerPro is better but difficult to set up and often difficult to utilize unless you are familiar with it.

As he said, widebands--data a must with boosted applications. What fuel pressure are you starting with?
What boost are you going for?

My first fire up I had the fuel set at 60lbs but I'm going to back it off to about 40. I'm going to start boost at 5 and work my way up as I tune it for more and get used to it. I don't have a wide band yet, I did get a double bank narrow band gauge and added a o2 sensor to the front bank. I'm really new to all efi tunning I've always ran carbs on all my race cars/trucks.
