Just installed Thunderstorm heads/pistons on my S2. B-cams(aka 497 cams), Supertrapp with 12 disks, Q-curve ignition. 45 pilot and 195 main. Where would you start to tune intermediate(needle) jet?

Absent specific information, start in the middle groove.

Hope this helps, Dave

Just started mine today for first time after the T storm mod.
Still need to tune it.

Are those the stock S2 jets?

Stock is 42 pilot, 185 main.
Surprisingly, after head change idle became very rich, so I needed to screw in mixture screw one full turn to make it leaner.
I haven't tried full throttle yet as she is under break-in.
