Well I have a 99 M2 and am trying to swap over to the new updated style shifter. I have the linkage and piece that attaches to the shifter shaft (where the linkage attaches) that I got on ebay cheap. Now I need the shifter and the parts that attach it to the primary. Does anyone happen to know the part numbers I need for this?

Thanks,
Spencer

Spencer, I have those, not the numbers but the parts, I'll snap a quick pic and upload it here. Dealership had a parts sale and I thought those bits might be useful to someone.

Parts I have are the shift lever with toe peg, pivot block, pivot bolt, bushings and the rubber spacer to fill the gap on the foot peg (basically all the lower parts).

Missing from my parts, linkage and associated screws plus the part that clamps on the shift shaft, and it's screw as well (all the upper parts).

PN's are:

Assembly, Shift Lever N0621.01A3
Bushing, shift lever mounting N0614.01A3 (this is the pivot block I mentioned above)
Bearing, pedal plastic (x2) N0513T
Bolt, hex head 5/16-18 x 4 3/4 AA0538.1CZ
Cover, shaft tube, rubber HS0002.01A1
Spacer, shift shaft C0208.01A1

Camera battery was totally dead, it is charging now, will need an hour or so.

I bought these at a discount and can pass savings on to fellow badwebbers.

Edit, found the PN's on the part list for the install instructions. I'll take a picture of that and post it up for those that may pull this thread in the future looking for those numbers.

Cool that the install kit for the M2/S3 has a note indicating the parts needed in case the X1 chin fairing is being used.

Individual part numbers
