Can anyone help with the process? So far I've got the bodywork, tank, and battery off. Exhaust, Carb, and draining fluids is next on my list. Looks like I am going to have to remove the rear shock, then try to hunt down all the plugs for the engine sensors, then support the engine and unbolt the mounts? Is there anything I am missing?

Thanks!

It's probably easier to remove the wheels and have everything sitting supported by the engine, on a stand/flat surface. Then, simply unbolt the mounts and lift the frame off the engine as opposed to dropping the engine out of a supported frame.

You've pretty much got it, though. Don't forget your 2 oil lines...guessing that was in your "drain fluids" line, but really you don't have to "drain" anything. It's a dry sump engine; the engine is...you guessed it...dry. All the oil lives in the tank. You'll get a little dribble when you unhook, but that's it. Same for fuel - close the fuel valve and run the engine till the carb is empty and the engine dies, and you won't have fuel dribble either.

You realize that you don't unbolt the mount from the head at the front, right? Unbolt the top of the mount from the frame.

And there's a ground strap at the back.
