Resurrecting an M2 for a coworker after years of neglect. I have a shop manual, but no parts book : ( If anyone can get me part numbers, I'd be VERY grateful!

1. updated exhaust hangar (the Y bracket under the VR) rubber insert. hangar is ok, insert is trashed.
2. VR mounts. Right now it's zip-tied in place.
3. Header-to-muffler clamp (it has a HOSE clamp on it!)
4. Intake and carb seals (I can source those from my S2 parts book though)
5. thread pitch for carb bowl screws. Surprise surprise, they're all boogered - home depot, here I come!
6. clutch and brake levers - these are "shortened". Serviceable, but crappy looking. Although, he's a new rider so I'm debating leaving the stubbies in place until he finishes dropping the thing...
7. clutch assembly, or disc/plate numbers. right now, it has a nasty slipslipslipCLUNK going on with the clutch. I can't tell if it's crappy fluid (I have NO idea what's in it but it smells like limited slip diff fluid) or if the clutch pack is actually on its way out. I'm going to do a full service on the bike with fresh (correct) fluids and see if it gets any better before I make him buy a clutch.

I just figured I'd see if anyone here had a parts book before I start bugging Al : ) Oh, and its missing a front fender too...bike is orange, but black or really any color would work, but have to have one for state inspection. Worst case I put mine on there for him to get it inspected...

The Y-hanger only came in 01 I think and the mounting plate for the VR changed.

New hanger is C0333.01A1. There is a "Header support asm. kit" available too it's S1001.01A1. Probably includes the Y hanger. The spacer in the Y hanger is S0161.01A1, the rubber part does not seem to come out. The whole hanger is S0121.01A1

65969-98Y (S0127.G)

27579-88A, not listed in the hardware list

get the ones from the Kawi ZX7, or 45190-96Y, 45187-96Y

friction plate is 37911-90, steel plate 37913-90, spring plate 37977-90

Cool project Joe, I agree with your assessment of the levers, and Cornell's recommendation on the Kawi levers, those are adjustable aren't they?
