regarding old style PM wheels available on e-bay... Will these rims mount up no pronlem to a 2000 m2 and do they come WITH bearings installed?

Yes they should fit and I would replace the bearing s myself. No telling how long those bearings have been in there and what kind of abuse or damage they have incurred.

If you are talking about the new wheels from St Paul HD, yes they do have bearings installed in them.
