Just bought this 2002 S3 for my wife to replace the '99 S3 she is riding now. I will be moving a lot of parts over from the '99. Bought it from a dealer so i don't know what engine internals have been changed, but it runs like it has had head work and cams changed. Has the Forcewinder intake and a sweet ceramic coated force exhaust, along with the race ECM. I will be replacing the exhaust as it is way too loud for my wife.

SWEET!!! A custom saddle too!

I think my '02 S3T has more go than my '04 XB12R. Both are stock. I really like the S3T!!

That is a Rich's custom rebuild on the original seat pan. Very comfortable. The headers and exhaust are one piece, pretty sure that is a Force exhaust?
First I am going to move new PM wheels and tires over to the 02, also I have a spare stock header and I will move the Supertrapp over from the '99. Various other parts I have addded over the years are also being moved. I am going to put the '99 back into stock condition with OEM intake and exhaust, and put the stock ECM back on. I will either put the stock Nuclear Blue wheels on, or use the grey wheels off the '02. I have a spare set of fairing lowers and hard cases for it as well. Then I will see if I can sell it. If it doesn't move in a month I will most likely take it into pieces and sell all the various parts individually. I would rather sell it as a bike though, even if it means a low price. We can only afford to keep two bikes in the garage.

I thought that looked like Rich's work.
