I have basically given up trying to find a tank bra/cover for my X1 and would like to know what do you folks use as belt guard and where is a good place to get it.

I am sorry I should have said belt buckle guard but you guys figured out what I meant.

Anyway, Oldog, what do you mean by "stock parts"? Were you thinking of the drive belt guard?

Belt buckle? I never considered it! Don't wear a belt, that'll fix it.

I don't think those covers look any better than scratches on the tank. Both look equally bad to me.

Might be better to cover your belt buckle than to cover your bike.

Or just don't wear a belt with a big buckle that could scratch your bike.
