What do you mean by "popping through the injection"? And so what happens when you turn the throttle half way??
And finally, are you checking the voltages via ECMSPY or regular voltmeter? The main difference is the knowledge of knowing whether or not the ECM is working properly.

I presume that is the spy readings,

Ok Tps appears ok

what else has been changed?

I take Popping through the injecton to mean spitting back out of the intake

lean mixture ( filter off ) skewed sensor etc

please post the following

If you can at idle,
air temp indication
the actual air temp
head temp

tps position in %, deg and volts
idle speed

STOP MOTOR what are the % deg and volts at FULL THROTTLE ( on the stop )

what condition is the fuel and filter
what condition is the vent

check the cable adjust and stop adjust

}

Dog, this is the same guy with the timing tread, he didn't "run in" the new settings on a new ECM. When I did mine Al told me I had to ride the bike for 15-20 miles @ 30-35 mph to "run in" the new ECM. And he's using ECMSpy without a dyno.

Fun I reset the TPS on my race ecm and took it out and rode it too. it was wonky at first too. I wonder if SA just reset the AFV and the TPS or if he went mucking about.

whats wierd is the unplug the tps and it runs ok to 1/2 throttle,

need to prove that the TPS is functioning and reasonabley close to correct.

then other tests to see what may be amiss

my 02 zero it and like you suggest ride it for a while then re-check it.

+1 on that, and if it still is wonkey, GET HELP!

If the thing ran ok till you started mucking with it then you need to have someone un-muck it up who knows Spyware, they're proper values and can diagnose the issues.
