I used to get some light green sludge looking (almost like Crest tooth paste but not quite as thick) crap in my catch can. Now, after messing around with the fuel maps (using ECMSPY),I get just watery liquid collected in the can. My question is: what is the "ideal" discharge from the breather? I am assuming that a watery discharge is better since it is closest (in terms of viscosity and color) to the moisture which is supposedly gets collected in the heads due to heating/cooling cycle.
Any ideas?

If you engine reaches operating temperature on all rides their should be none ... Talking ideal situation ...

Actually almost all of my rides are relatively long - more than 10 miles so the engine tends to reach operating temp regularly. I'm just trying to find an explanation for the change from relatively heavy sludge to watery liquid. Other than loading RaceECM maps, the only other changes were 1) switch to Royal Purple oil and 2) drop in outside temperature from 70s to 50s. It's got to be one of these three causes.

Did notice one thing, the more miles "i" got on my engine the less the breather condensation ...

When there was some it was just milky looking(105K plus now) ...
