Hey guys, I'm looking into installing an X1 front fender on my M2, and before i dive head first into this one, i figured i'd consult the board first. how easy (or hard) is it to remove the front fender and replace it with another? does it involve removing the front wheel?

thanks in advance!

seeing as there is no way to mount a X1 fender on a M2 unless you do some heavy modification and/or fabrication...

You can remove the M2 front fender without removing the front wheel.

You might consider swapping in a complete X1 front end, if you just gotta have that X1 fender.

M2 fender mounts to the [lower] fork brace (standard fork), X1's run an inverted fork and the fender mounts to the fork.

Sorry bud.

I've seen fenders for USD forks modded to fit conventional fork sliders... it's ain't pretty though, not the ones I've seen.
