i was looking for the same answer...most quality custom controls that i found are for one inch bars...the stock factory stuff reeks of el cheepo plastic...

depends on the return, buells use a 2 line system...

I was going to get this and decided on a radial brake setup instead. You can search for other places to buy it but it has adjustable pull ratios. Nice and clean. I don't know how it adapts but our stock throttles are also made by domino. Lets see some pictures if you do it...

I'll take Italian plastic over Chinese pot-metal anyday.

Now, the high-buck, internal throttle cable/wiring setups from chopperworld would be neat.

has anyone drilled out their trees to accept a one inch bar? all the good stuff is harley one inch oriented it seems..

those robby motot ones are pretty cool but damn they aint cheap! I was looking for a cheaper alternative. same reason I wouldn't want to bore the handlebar clamps out for 1 inch bars.That has been done alot with guys building choppers out of the buells,but same thing alot of money to do it

other than the machinist fee to drill the hole, it wouldnt be much..
i just sold a one inch bar and complete chrome controls for a hundred bucks..
