Honestly, if you are looking at overbore for DISPLACEMENT... go with new jugs... The packages available are pretty reasonably priced... 750-800 for a ready to roll 1250 kit, and the same for 88 and 90 inch, minus the case boring... By the time finish having the jugs bored PROPERLY, buying new, quality pistons, and rings, etc...
