I am in desperate need of the stock hanger for the rear of my S3. The bike had a V&H on it when I got it but I now have a Race Pipe that I am putting on but need the original bracket. Any help would be appreciated. If I end up having to call a stealer anyone have the part number? Thanks

I have a Z-bracket [PN65505-98Y [S0115.G under the new nomenclature]] and a
muffler mount kit [PN65882-96Y]Are these the parts you need? Send me your email address and I can email you a
pic of the parts. The Z-bracket is used and has a couple of spots of rust but is completely servicable. The mount kit is brand new. I can let you have them for 50% MSRP.

The Buell Pro Series race muffler doesn't use the stock z-bracket, it uses stainless steel hangers that attach directly to the frame in the stock rubber isolated mounting locations.

Is that what you meant by 'race pipe' or do you have an aftermarket slip-on?

The pipe is a Buell race can carbon fiber. It has a clamp on the rear of the pipe with a bolt through it. I thought that this must bolt to the stock bracket but I must be wrong then. I just bought it from a guy who had it sitting around. Does anyone have pics of the race can installed. I will take some pics when I get home and post. Right now I have a V&H bracket on the rear. I think there must be some kind of mount on the rear to get a mounting position low enough to hold the pipe. Thanks for the help.

Ok I have found that I don't have a Race can at all but a Borla Carbon Fiber can. I have looked around and have seen some pics around the site and it looks like the Borla does use the stock Z bracket. Can anyone confirm this for me? Thanks

no help to offer but I gotta say that the Borla slip-on is the sweetest sounding exhaust I've ever heard on a Buell, hope you enjoy it. Looks pretty darn slick too.
