Roger:

You wanting the most recent alloy, like on the 2002's or the older cast iron?

I'm not certain what's in current inventory, but let me know and I can easily poll inventory and let you know.

I bought the 2002 style rotor/carrier to replace my 1997 S3 original rotor/carrier in 2005 for about $130.00

NOTE: you will need 5 new bolts to mount the carrier.

H0201.R rotor/carrier assy, front (about $130.00)
CA0001.Q Screw, Torx, 5/16-18 x 7/8 (about $6.00/EA)

Hope this helps.
