Hey there Ive got my m2 sitting in shop since wed night they told me friday that the isolator part does not fit and they are waiting for harley to let them know whats up, so today I call and ask and am told their still waiting to be called back?!?!?!WTF? I told them to give me the bad part # then called different hd store and they gave me a different #, so I called the first store back with new # and they told me they would look into it. 1/2 hour later I called them back asking do you have the part and whats going on? their answer was they have that part and its not the right one either, the part has a3/8 hole and the bolt is 1/2. Does anybody know of this problem
the first bad part#1620779c
and the second part #L0501.2
Why would they come up with different #'s and how could they both be wrong.

There is a whole thread going on currently discussing this issue.
Here's the current tail end of the discussion as it now stands:

A couple of the folks at Suburban rides Buells, Animal does (Renee's husband I think) and a few others. A couple of them are good to work with, a few trips there and you'll know which line at the parts counter to wait in. Once you get a good answer at the parts counter then walk with them over to the service desk to get things straightened out and get the proper mechanic/technician in the shop to work on your bike. They can do good work there, but just like a restaurant you have to find the cook that knows how to handle the food you like.

"They can do good work there, but just like a restaurant you have to find the cook that knows how to handle the food you like." All Ive been expecting is to be told whats going on, And Ive been repeatedly told different stories by the same person within the same conversation by several of them on different phone calls. I will never use them for service again, Im sure with the attitudes Ive been getting over there they could care less, but Ill tell you what 1 unhappy customer can outweight many satisfied ones. If it was 1 phone call it wouldnt be a big deal but almost every interaction with different employees has been the same B.S. I really dont like being lied to. 5 days now waiting for my front motor mount If I had any idea what they were like I would have done it myself even thought its under warranty
