Hello,

I felt more vibration than usual on the pegs and had a look under the bike and this is what I found:

The dealer will be installing the the "revised product program BP5-Isolator Kit." Is there any thing I should have the dealer do in addition to the product bulletin and replace the front isolator? How do my rears look? Are the bolts supposed to be lined off center like that? Thanks!

The bolts are indeed supposed to be off center.
My rear isolators went in a way that you couldn't see the cracks when they were installed. The cracks were hidden my the bolt.

My front went first and it tore a bit underneath. No visible signs of damage from the top.

Yes, they are supposed to look like that.

It looks like you have the older style rear isolators, you will get the new ones with the BP5 kit, you should also replace the front (part #L0501.2) and you should be ok.
