That pic showed up on the BBS quite a while ago already. Pretty sure it's a photoshop creation, at least I hope it is.

the chopper is definitely a Pshop job. under the bars between the fork and engine you can see the blur from recreating the road and grass!

Check out "Hot Rod Bikes". They've been chopping a Blast in the last few editions. Apes and forks are the first 2 changes. It ain't my cup of beer but "what the heck?" Dare to be different.

all this talk about what should be done or not to be done the picture i'm trying to put through is the true predacessor (hope spelling is right) to the buell which i saw for the first time on a poster in a naples, italy nato base office. i never got that bike but am truly greatful that someone at the kahunas to take it to the next step like eric buell did. although i do have in my garage an 83 fxrt, which is the sport touring model, every so many years you have to change for the better, and if that means getting rid of tube frame to make way for something that can revolutionize this industrie, than i'm all for it. I also have had some rice burners and did not keep one because they did not hold up that good. i also gave my wife my 01 flhtcui to turn into a trike which we took to sturgis in august pulling a timeout trailor. after 6600 miles, the only problem we had was with trike kit installation. other than that, one oil change in ogden, utah of mobile 1 and a clutch adjustment is all it took to do the trip. i got to demo the buell out there and a month later i got my 02 m2L (volcano grey/orange) no regrets what so ever and i can't wait to see what the xb9r will produce much less be able to ride one. change is good. without it we would have nothing but rice burners or european bikes. no thanks. bottom line, i was tired of always working on my shovelhead while everyone i was with was waiting on me. harley for the most part has done their homework.
