I suppose it's a lot to do with your opinions on Donald's genius. Is he an idiot swinging wildly at a world he doesn't understand? Or an evil genius subverting the system? ( that mainstream media can apply both views in the same article may tell you something ) I like the idea that Donald is playing the Socialist Democrat leaders with a magician's trick of misdirection with crazy tweets. ( covefe! ) While organizing a secret legal assault on the corruption, possibly with timely arrests and prosecutions. ( before the next elections in fall? ) The lack of leaks about that kind of brilliant plan indicates that he's not the genius fans think. Or an intentional cover up by the Media to try and hide the many felonies of their Chosen Ones. Time will tell. |

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/vanessa-trump -taken-hospital-precaution-after-suspicious-letter -n847231 NBC, so I have zero faith in accuracy. It's probable that a letter with powder in it was sent and people went to the hospital. Analysis of the contents? quite probably bogus to some degree. |

I suppose it's a lot to do with your opinions on Donald's genius. I don't think he's a genius, I think he's clever. A non-politician businessman that gives 0 f***s is more like it. |

I can't agree with that last statement. If Trump gave zero F**ks, he wouldn't have run for President. He ran because he cares about this country, and saw how things could be made better, not more f**ked up. Which is where the opposition was taking it. |

I meant that he's not worried about offending anyone, even his own party. He's not worried about getting reelected, he's worried about getting shit done. |

Hair plugs? On our dime? Obviously we need to Do Something about it. I propose the Confederacy Reclamation Act. It would preserve history by protecting statutes and monuments related to the American Civil War between Slavery and Equality under the law. To ensure that the evil those people did is never forgotten, these statues would be legally protected from Mob Rule fads of Political Correctness. Each would have a fact checked plaque listing the political alliance, proven crimes, & other vital facts to prevent idol worship. Not replacing any original such items, but in addition to, and of modern materials, such as recycled water bottles, so there would be no confusion between the propaganda of the 19th century and the 21st's. All organizations that originated on the Confederate side, or caused the Confederacy, or were spin offs of those organizations, would be outlawed. Their papers and documents processed to find any illegal activity, with individuals prosecuted regardless of wealth or fame. All funds held by those organizations would be used to help the debts of ordinary people harmed by those organizations. Any politicians of those organizations will be scrutinized to determine if their membership has enriched them illegally, and those too, will be prosecuted strictly. Loss of pension would require negotiation with their unions. ( if they are scabs, I will represent them for the usual Federal union dues structure fee, paid retroactively to their election ) A review of all laws passed by the remnants of the Confederacy will be undertaken and any that restrict personal freedom will be removed and forbidden from our law. It is my belief that this Act will preserve Truth and History, and might change our course away from the evil slave society that was a plague upon our world. |

That's funny. I really did expect to hear years of how Trump was benefiting financially from being President. So far, all we've gotten is "Collusion with the Russians". That whole "investigation" (witch hunt) is turning full circle for the Dems. It's not looking good for them if the FBI/DOJ want to come out of this any better respected than CNN. It's not like Trump couldn't afford all of that without putting a dent in his petty cash. The Clintons and Obamas have generated great wealth from public office, like no others. No doubt Trump's profits will become the mantra soon. Their cries of wrong doing from the Right seems to be a tell about what they've been doing. Always good to hear from the unhinged. |

So, Scott Adams has now changed his mind on whether certain people at the FBI were up to anything nefarious regarding the Trump Russia collusion investigation. He cited Ann Coulter’s column today as one reason: http://www.anncoulter.com/ A related story he also cited: http://thefederalist.com/2018/02/15/media-stopped- reporting-russia-collusion-story-helped-create |

"Here, Garaufis is ruling the President enforcing the law after it was not being enforced is “arbitrary” because the President believes the Constitution commands that the law be followed. Your head spinning yet? "Apparently, under Judge Garaufis’ ruling, entire sections of the criminal code could be “repealed” by a president simply by issuing a declaration of non-enforcement, or deferring action, and then no future president would be allowed to enforce those laws, especially if he cites a constitutional requirement for enforcing the law as the reason for restoring the rule of law." http://netrightdaily.com/2018/02/wonderland-daca-j udge-grants-amnesty-800000-says-president-enforcin g-law-arbitrary/ |

http://blog.dilbert.com/2017/09/05/why-north-korea -and-the-united-states-are-near-war/ Best proposal yet on peace for Korea. As to the judge's ruling above. Since the DACA program has zero legal status, literally made up by one man, and not funded afaik by legal votes in Congress. ( correct me if I'm wrong please ) Then simply not continuing to pay for the program shouldn't violate the judge's whim. It's passive aggressive. It would be different if Donald wrote his own law. Let us say Donald declared heroin laws were to be not enforced. ( you can make a good argument ) and a judge decreed he couldn't do that. The DEA and all the other law enforcement agencies already are funded. Under court order nothing except Donald's whim would be changed. With DACA, there's no legal agencies funded by Congress. Thus inaction is a viable way to disobey the court order. Again, I could be wrong. We need checks on power so evil men don't rule. That applies to everyone, every branch. If it's not a web of restrictions it won't work. |

So the President can't decide to enforce laws that are already on the books...but random judges and mayors and other lib-tards can decide on their own that they don't want to follow laws that are already on the books? Laws are laws. Prosecution for obstruction needs to begin now, for the mayors, senators, congressmen/women, and judges who are - literally - telling the police NOT to do their jobs (i.e. NYPD being instructed not to comply with ICE). Claim you have a sanctuary city, despite federal immigration laws that have been on the books for decades? Go to jail. Period. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200. STFU and enjoy your 3 hots and a cot. |

We are in for a LONG fight. They left has stacked the judicial system and the bureaucrats with leftists that have no concern for the rule of law or our system ... only their political objectives. When you constantly see judges make rulings that have absolutely no basis in law but are politically driven it is eye opening and alarming. It's going to take a LONG time to weed these people out and I fear we don't have the determination to see it through. |

What is the process for removing a judge? For instance, if a judge's rulings are constantly overruled by a superior court, can they be thrown out? Judges in this country have scary power. |

That's an excellent question. I know we have the 3-branch checks and balances at the federal level...what is the setup at a local or state level? At what point can an appointee be declared unfit, and removed? And, by whom? |

This was written about the King of Great Brittan back in 1776. Seems some of it applies today. I do not look forward to repeating the solution that was imposed back then.
quote:He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them. He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

Speaking of Communists it looks like the Russians were very busy supporting the Trump campaign - I'm sure you've seen the latest round of indictments. They really were afraid of Hillary. Also funneling money to the Trump campaign through the NRA and evangelical groups, it seems. Astonishing developments. |

The question as far as law goes is, though - did the campaign ASK for it? Or did the Russians do it of their own accord, simply because they didn't like Hillary? It's one thing if someone gives money. It's another thing entirely if someone ASKS for that money. |

Per Occam's Razon, the answer is probably simpler. Russia/Putin could care less if Hillary or Trump won. The goal was and continues to be to divide Americans to endlessly argue with one another. Dividing America makes us weaker and Russia stronger. Get it? Please provide even a shred of proof that Trump was involved in Russia's actions. The goal of Hillary was to impugn all opponents including Trump to prevent them from being elected. She broke the law to accomplish this. |
