Stein plans federal lawsuit in quest for Pennsylvania recount

Green Party presidential nominee Jill Stein said early Sunday that she will file a lawsuit in federal court on Monday seeking a statewide recount in Pennsylvania.
Stein in a tweet said she would "escalate" #Recount2016 and demand a recount on constitutional grounds.
"The people deserve answers," she added.

Stein also said the state's election law and recount process raise questions about due process and whether fundamental democratic rights are protected."

Her lawyer on Saturday withdrew a state lawsuit seeking a recount in Pennsylvania, saying in a filing that the petitioners are "regular citizens of ordinary means" who "cannot afford to post the $1,000,000 bond required by the Court."

They still want the recount, they just don't want to pay for it.

So the Castro loving neo-communist who raised over seven million dollars says she's broke & wants you to pay for her political stunt?

She should be prosecuted for fraud.

Then offered a chance to serve her sentence in Saudi Arabia.

Interesting to read Sean Penn's take on this election and Castro. Sure, we know where he stands, but to let him give an uninterrupted, thought out essay on his view point is rare. Kind of a view into the inner workings of a liberal mind. They are seldom this honest about it. Hard to be when your are making admissions of your dishonesty.

Good to see the secret service actually taking some of the threats against Trump seriously. Especially from the CEO who told the Secret Service to "bring it". I certainly have zero empathy for this kind of idiot.

Trump Base Still Expanding – Blue Collar Workers Optimistic
By Sundance, Dec. 3, 2016

As the Democrat Party continues to debate how to regain their relevance, the Trump coalition continues to grow even after the election. Donald Trump’s political influence as a businessman, now President-elect, exists in that rare authentic space where traditional politicians have consistently failed.

Not only is Trump completely reshaping the Republican party, more importantly he’s establishing a coalition that will overwhelm any DC opposition in the short-term, and make any political opposition futile in the long-term. Legendary winning!

quote:

INDIANAPOLIS — Steeling himself against the cold outside the Carrier air-conditioning plant on Thursday, Brian Dyson is ecstatic.

“Look, when Trump came here and said he was going to save jobs, I saw that as just another promise from a politician. Now I realize he is not a politician but a salesman and a deal-maker,” he said, pausing then adding, “And I kind of like it.”

[…]Trump deserves great credit for pulling this off, and certainly he deserves a second look from those of us who dismissed him because of how crazy this election cycle was. And you know what? He also deserves credit for coming to places like here, the middle of nowhere that politicians only talk about, not talk to...

Last week, President-elect Donald Trump stunned the nation when Carrier tweeted that they had worked out a deal with his team to save at least 1,000 of the 1,400 jobs that were set to be sent to Monterrey, Mexico next year.

When a victorious Trump, in his trademark red tie and blue suit, visited Carrier’s Indianapolis factory on Thursday, he was given a standing ovation by several hundred employees in the company auditorium.

Even among many of the workers who did not vote for the president-elect, the moment was electrifying. “To have the president-elect of the United States come to tell you ‘I have not forgotten you’, well that is a powerful moment for people who have felt as though their quest for dignified work and life was over,” said Dyson.

Dyson, who places sales on the line at the plant, has spent half his life here at Carrier. “It’s been a good job, it’s afforded me the ability to have that middle-class lifestyle that everyone dreams you can achieve when you work hard at your craft,” the 44-year old said.

“Trump deserves great credit for pulling this off, and certainly he deserves a second look from those of us who dismissed him because of how crazy this election cycle was. And you know what? He also deserves credit for coming to places like here, the middle of nowhere that politicians only talk about, not talk to,” he said.

Stein switches tactics in Pennsylvania recount drive

quote:

"#Recount2016 is so expensive because of elected leaders who have refused to invest in a 21st-century voting system," she said.

In reality, her recount is based on the notion that modern systems, based on computerized voting, is open to being hacked through the internet. Then she demands that we revert to the oldest system of voting known to mankind, humans hand counting the vote. That's where the expense is. She can't even avoid her own hypocrisy in discussing her motives on demanding the recount.

quote:

"Petitioners are regular citizens of ordinary means. They cannot afford to post the $1,000,000 bond required by the court," read a filing submitted earlier in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, announcing the state court drive was being dropped.

Of course she has raised far more than enough cash to do the recounts. TWICE! These people don't have an honest bone in their bodies!

Sean Penn exposed his children directly to a guy who has murdered people with his own bare hands.

I wonder if Sean's privileged white daughter or son had thought to ask Castro the following question:

Where are all the black people?

Interesting. Question though: If they were all making $20 a month when Castro allowed private businesses, what stopped black cubans from doing so? Seems like they had the same opportunity. Man, socialism sucks.

Brexit, Trump and now Italy.

First, this is from yesterday:

quote:

Decision Italy – Italians Vote Tomorrow In Nationalism Referendum
Dec. 3, 2016

The Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi is attempting to push back against increasing nationalistic sentiments by establishing a referendum tomorrow to fundamentally adjust the political powers of central governance.

In essence, tomorrow Italians will vote “YES” to approve of Renzi’s referendum, or “NO” to oppose his referendum. The referendum itself is a wide ranging construct intended to realign and centralize political power away from Italy’s current regional influences.

An analogy for Americans might be to think of Italy’s referendum as the elimination of the U.S. constitution’s 10th Amendment (which essentially says all powers not directly given to the federal government are necessarily retained by the states). Italy’s vote tomorrow is to determine if their regions (states) are willing to cede power to Renzi’s centralized (federal) government.

PM Renzi’s objectives align with a political restructuring intended to ensure the nation retains a globalist perspective and friendly approach toward membership in the larger European union. More centralized power means legislation favorable to larger governmental controls, and favorable to the European Union, can be more easily achieved.

Opponents to Renzi’s referendum do not want to cede authority to a larger governing body, and want to retain their specific culture, freedom and independence – a more patriotic nationalistic view.

Against the backdrop of growing push-back against the multinational corporate objectives of the globalists, most notably seen within the successful Brexit vote and the successful election of Donald Trump, stopping the Renzi referendum would be seen as another win for the nationalist (anti-globalist) movement.

If Renzi’s referendum is stopped he has promised to step down as Prime Minister. In addition, a successful NO vote would be seen as the first step toward Italians exiting the European Union similar to Brexit.

And this is from tonight, literally hot off the press:

quote:

UPDATE: Arrivederci Renzi – Italy Votes NO – Referendum Results and Open Discussion
Dec. 4, 2016

Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi conceded defeat and pledged to resign on Sunday after Italian voters rejected his proposed reforms to the country’s constitution, setting further in motion a populist wave that has sent shockwaves throughout the west in the past six months, and ushering in a brand new period of uncertainty to the Eurozone’s third largest economy.

Only the leftist media would characterize a move towards Socialist globalism as "reform." They literally make me sick. Imagine if alternate (non-globalist) news were not free and available via the Internet. I wonder if Trump can get ICAAN back to being accountable to congress. That was a huge maneuver by the globalists. Of course they claim it's silly to imagine so. Of course, they are liars. It's how the leftists work.

What's wrong with you? Don't you know that Americans have had it good for long enough? It's time out leaders with superior intellect start sharing our wealth around so that other countries can live as well. or almost as well... Well, better than they were living. Or something.

Personally, I think that if a person voted for Billary, they should take in and provide housing for a family of illegal immigrants (at their own expense, of course).

RSBN was the ONLY network at Trump rallies to actually turn their cameras and pan the massive crowds:

Major Announcement From Right Side Broadcasting Network (RSBN)
By Sundance, Dec. 6, 2016

Most Conservative Treehouse followers are familiar with RSBN from their exceptional coverage of Trump rallies and events throughout the entire election. Indeed, RSBN broke new ground in the way political rallies could be broadcast, live-streamed and followed by operating outside the traditional legacy media. Without their diligent efforts we would have been forced to rely on broadcast network coverage of Trump speeches and events.

RSBN is announcing a new exciting endeavor to create a new media enterprise and they are currently finishing the construction of a new studio. Here’s an update:

Except...AF1 fleet is from the 80s. As with any aging military aircraft, it become more and more expensive to maintain and operate. The Air Force says it isn't sustainable. They need something. In my experience, and from what I know about government contracts, it is the change requests that cause the overruns. Boeing designs something according to customer requirements. When the customer changes its mind, they have to redesign stuff. On an airplane, that can be significant. Moving a duct might mean moving wiring, hydraulic lines, avionics, etc. as well. That adds cost and time to the project. Not to mention that any little thing you want to change requires an engineering investigation and an airframe change. Paperwork up the arse.
