So you mean don't throw away fan base? Can blades be replaced and motor be kept? Can motor be replaced and blades be kept?

Both can be replaced with new original motor and new fan . This will take some disassembly. Plenty of spare motors with fan included. These two items are used on different vehicles. Still being produce. Just keep the frame that holds the motor and fan.

Google this part number
Spal 30103013 5.2" Paddle Blade Pusher Fan. You will need to remove the three screws first then press the motor main shaft through the center of fan then you can slide motor out of mount frame.I gently knock mine out with a punch.(not recommended)self explanatory once apart. Anyway it works for a $50.00 part. Mechanical skills needed. Someone post a video etc.would be nice.

Do you need to balance the fan? Buell fan has balancing weights on the blades, but if you buy new fan it goes unbalanced, right?
