Hi. I have been considering replacing my cheese grater with something smaller and far less unsightly, however I am a bit concerned about what happens when I get caught out riding in the rain. Can someone who has already removed their cheese grater tell me whether you end up with water spraying onto your back? Many thanks, Brendan.

Your back, up and over your head, and into your face again. But the bike sure looks a lot better.

The first thing I did to my first XB was chop the cheese grater.

I still have it on my second one and it's not going anywhere.

Just like Billyo said: You get wet!

But I got pretty wet when riding when I did have the 'grater, there are holes in it!
