I had the same sort of issue last year and resolved it for the summer by: 1. Changing the gas 2. Replacing the boot 3. Cleaning the jets on the carb It ran fine for a while then I quit riding for the winter and now I can't get it running again. I've replaced the gas and cleaned the carb again, but didn't replace the boot. When the bike's auto-choke cuts out and the idle decreases the bike starts to sputter then dies. When I throttle up as this happens it dies even quicker. Any ideas? The sun is finally out in Seattle and would like to get back on the road. Thanks. |
