just bought xb12s but has 400 (demo) miles in it from dealer. how should I break this bike in or is it good to go now?

I didn't get one. The dealer is long distance(no local dealer). I will try to get one. but the bike will arrive today(april 27 09) and i know i will want to ride it before i realistically get a manual. Any other advise.? thanks . Im vary new to this site and this is my first buell. please excuse any stupid questions.
