okay here is the problem... the bike is an 04 xb12s with 10000miles on it. i can start the bike and it will idle fine, i let it warm up like i am supposed to. i take off on my ride and all seems fine until i get out of the neighborhood and start accelerate hard. that is when she studders. now if i were to ride like grandpa all day i wouldnt even know that my bike had a problem. i can even rev it righ out as long as i do it slowly. the bike is new to me and i live in vermont where we do not have a buell dealer so i am pretty lost... the bike has a drummer pipe that is newish, and the headers have a crack or two, could that be the problem? i have also thought that she has been running a little rich (black residue/smoke). If anyone could help me out or at least point me in the right direction that would be awsome! as for now im going to take it for a gentile ride and see if it just needs to clear its self out. Thanks for the help!
