Does anyone have any experience with the gas cap on the Blasts? Do they get stuck, is there a special way to take it off to fill? I have to fight with mine just to get some fuel...appreciate any help. Do I need to replace it?? The inner gasket/washer is slightly worn, but other than that looks ok.

I had this happen. I can't remember exactly how I fixed it. I think the problem was that the ears on the cap that retract are made of plastic and one of them had become malformed and had a little extension on it that hung up on the housing. I'm not sure but I may have removed the ring that is held into the top of the tank with screws. Or I may have used a piece of plastic to push the ear back in like you'd use a credit card to open a door on a house (if your a criminal). I do recall filing the ear down and it fixed the problem. Sorry I couldn't be more specific.

If these caps have a keyed lock, make sure the locking mechanism didn't engage. I spent a while trying to get my "stuck" cap off, finally checking the lock only to find out that it had vibrated into the locked position.
