Has anyone been able to clear up the irratic running at about 2500 RPM after installing the remap by American Sport Bike? I had my ECM remapped by American Sport Bike for a D&D pipe open air box kit and breather catch can set up and it has been running roughly every since the remap. I mean this is bad. It's running very lean at about 2500 RPM. It also backfires when shifting down. Runs fine in closed loop but It coughs and sputters after it has gone to open loop after it's warmed up. I've tried resetting the TPS, I've checked for intake leaks. I reset the timing because it was a little off. I've tried octane boosters, new spark plugs. I've checked for electrical shorts.I even closed off 1/2 the air box.
Is there any way with the ECM Spy to richen up the lower end of the RPM range? Any help would be appreciated. Is anyone else running this combo? D&D pipe,Open Air Box, and breather catch can?

I checked for intake leaks using wd-40 around the intake manifold. Nothing changed.
