I gave my bike the first wash of the season today and noticed a weird spot on my rear tire.

These are brand new tires, they have only been rode on for maybe 100 miles (I did do 1 burnout for about 5 seconds). I stored the bike over winter on stands. Do you think it's something I need to worry about?

No, not at all. Burnouts will do that.
