Santa Fe HD and Buell is the best I have been to so far. It is too bad that the difference between a great dealer and a bad one is often dependent on the personality and competence of just a few people. Santa Fe HD/Buell did some service for me and went out of their way to help me out. Scott is their Buell wrench and knows his stuff. He has over 150,000 miles on a X1 (I always look for a wrench that rides a Buell). He came out to talk to me when I picked up the bike, I wish I had more time to talk to him. Mad Mike in service went out of his way to make sure I was able to get a gas tank that I had painted taken care of. Murrae in sales and rider education has an infectious pro-Buell attitude and is always a pleasure to talk to and helped me get the logistics setup and made sure I was informed and everything went smoothly. He is a Buell driving force and is active in anything Buell... It makes me want to move South. It is too bad I had to drive 600 miles round trip but well worth it. Frank |
