I have a 1997 S3T that had the orig grips. I went to Harley and found Buell grips that were for my vintage bike. The Clutch side went without a hitch, however the throttle side was a bit of a pain. The orig unit has a larger diameter wheel that the cables go on and is seperate from the grip. The new grips have the wheel attached and looks very much like the HD grips. Well, between the cable adjustments and the foul language I finally got everything back togethre and working. Anybody have any tips or tricks to getting this done better?

I have went to Ebay and typed in GEL GRIPS and found alot of grips that I like. Just make sure you know the diameter and how long they are. I am on my 3rd set trying out what I want. Each of us is unique just like everyone else. I think one is 4 7/8 and 5 1/8 or something like that.
