Bike gives moderate resistance when trying to steer the front wheel right, or left. From a stand still and while the bike is moving it seems like the front wheel is fighting me.
What the hell?

Can you jack the bike up so that the front wheel is off the ground and then try turning the bars? That will remove tire hysteresis from the probable causes. There is a maximum amount of friction allowed in setting the steering head bearings preload. Yours could be over the limit.

Thanks Sparky,

It's not the tire. The steering just seems restrictive. I just had the steering head bearings tightened too. Maybe that's it.

You got it. They sound like they are over-tightened to me.
