Copious amounts of penetrating oil, gentle tapping on the part you're trying to remove. I assume you got the rear axle nut loosened 15 turns and the tensioner nuts removed and the tensioner mount does not move, correct so far?

Maybe I am just used to working on aircraft but I just installed a Micron exhaust on a XB9SX last weekend and did not remove the tensioner. I just used a deep socket on a swivel on an extension to remove the two rear straps.

Tighten rear axle back up and loosen bolt on ten/wheel then loosen rear axle nut.same for install to proper torque.Had to do that on my D&D too.
Good luck.
