Does anyone know where to purchase a front stand for our buells for a decent price? I prefer the one that brings the front up by the triple tree so I could use it later on to remove the front wheel. I have to exchange swing arms on my 2 Buells so I figure I have to have the rears up at the same time. Thanks. | ||

Wycked, I'm in town now, got in late last night/early this morning. Man! After all that snow and rain, I was pleasantly surprised to see a patch of blue sky this morning. The S1W is uncovered and ready to cure my PMS. Hopefully the sky will hold out until I get a few miles in.  No that wasn't me with the CHP jacket, LOL. To Our Arizona Brethren: My apologies for being absent from the BadWeb for so long. New responsibilities at the dealership have been taking up a large chunk of my time. I just wanted to throw-up a post to invite all of you to the B.R.A.G. Regional Rally "Riding the Rockies" that we (Rocky Mountain H-D/Buell & Colorado Thunder Club) will be hosting along with National B.R.A.G. in August. It will be August 17th, 18th, & 19th and will start with registration here at the dealership on the 17th. We will be cooking lunch for everyone and National B.R.A.G. will be giving out complimentary dyno runs on our dyno. There will be a total of three 150 to 200 mile rides. Dang, I should have known Brian's curse would catch up with me. I got in a pretty good day of riding though what with cruising Bartlett lake this morning and then running errands all day. But I finally got dumped on here about 10 minutes ago. good thing I was close to home! LOL Brian, enough with the RAIN!!! Give us a break so we can ride!!! | ||

Hey Bart I ended going to the Arrowhead Mall. It wasn't all that but was enough for the wife. Its suppose to rain all the way up to thursday is what I seen on the weather forcast! Whats up with that??? I didn't know it rained so much in AZ. | ||

Picked up an exhaust leak that needs new clamps, otherwise its all good...oh and ••••••• front brake pads are getting thin on one side, need to rebuild the front caliper too... | ||

Yea, a real bummer Mikel. We're gonna have to do some whupping on Brian if he doesn't stop this rain. I discovered a crack in my Borla exhaust today, about 3" long, I may be able to get it welded though. nice language, LOL (Message edited by bartimus on February 18, 2005) | ||

Wycked, Sorry for the late reply. I've been busier than a one legged man in an ••• kickin' contest. Like you, I don't know my schedule yet. Finances aren't great right now either. Saving what I can so I can make the Springfast ride. You know bro, I think I woulda chanced the ticket and split all the way home... Not like DPS is going to run you down in traffic. We really need to start a petition to get the law changed... What do you say. I don't think it should be legal all the time. Some people in Cali do ride like squids. But to get to the front of an intersection or to move through stopped freeway traffic would be nice... |
