Found the problem with my two wheeled headache...bad wire on #2 so it was shutting down.
Tripp - I'll be calling tomorrow for wires and plugs...performance versions if you have them...but I'll take what you have since I have to be ready to ride to NY on Friday night for Nate's escort... |

Nate just called and left a message. They're leaving Indiana tomorrow. I'm hoping to go Friday am down, but who knows. Gonna try to get my bike fully back together and the bugs worked out tomorrow.
If I don't make it out Friday, I'll definitely be going down to meet them on Sunday. Post up bitches! |

I was thinking on going to the WTC to meet up with Nate and ride back from there with them. They're meeting at 8am in NYC.

I was planning on heading down Friday afternoon. Get a cheap azz place to sleep and meet up with everybody at WTC for Saturday morning...
However...nobody has spark plug wires!!! Tripp...WTF? Plugs but no wires??? Special order only??? ug!!!
I'll post up on this when / if I get it put back together...I'll be PISSED if I miss out on this one!!! |

I just might...Eric said he had a set of Magnacore wires and plugs...but he's at the track - left a msg on his cell...

No...haven't looked for hotels yet...that's why I was asking...
Was hoping to split a room with somebody to help with the cost...or find something really cheap outside of the city...within an hours ride. |

grrrrrrrr, i cannot believe!!!!! not special order, human error!!!! mine!! i sold set and did'nt check reorder of new superseded plug wires!!!! sorry jp error fixed, will always have from here on out and will double check if superseded again! will steal off robs bike to lend till new ones come in! let me know, doh!
my world is currently upside down so i'm not thinking straight, wife and i are splitting up amongst other nightmares daily, will get through..... |

Sorry to hear about you and the wife I know how much that sucks...call if you need anything...couch is very comfortable and a 40 minute ride to work for ya...all you need do is ask.
Jim - count me in on that room. I'm all set to leave work on Friday at noon. What time do you want to head out of town? |

Sorry to hear that, tripp.
I took my bike out for a shakedown flogging, still leaking. Gonna give it another go when I get outta work in the morning. Keeping my fingers crossed at this point that I did something stupid. |

TRipp..man,aww Tripp,so sorry to hear your marital problems.
Susie and i each have been alternately thrown in the clinker on a couple occasions.Life can be violent.My wife says marriage takes a lot of effort/work.I sincerely HOPE you and your wife can reconcile your differences.
I won't be able to ride Nate's ride this weekend.My nephew is coming up from D.C. to deliver his girl to her bridal shower.He wants to ride Sunday morn.We'll keep it local and do the Little Compton/Barn loop.
Our hearts go out to Nate and his fallen brothers. |

Just got off the phone with Nate. In case there was any confusion, Saturdays ride goes into ct. There'll be a big BBQ bash afterwards. Sunday will go from ct into ri (with a stop at the state line to gather more peeps) ending in Middletown. Nate is staying at one of his buddies' house, dunno if that is an option, but there are a bunch of cheap motels in the area. There will also be a big BBQ bash in ri at the finish.

Chip, please give my best to Nate and the rest of his unit, it looks like i will not be able to attend. my wife is working and i had intended on seeing if my in-laws in weymouth would watch the kids on sunday for me, but due to my father inlaws failing health i don't feel right about dumping a 7,5, and 7 month old on them. once again please tell him that i really did want to be part of this. |

More info on The Castle. Pretty weird. Sounds like the dude behind the whole thing was trying to start up a "modeling agency" (replete with room-sized showers and massage parlors). |

Friday afternoon sometime. I plan on leaving work ~2 or so.

I would like to do the whole weekend but think I'm going to come home on Saturday night after the BBQ.

I would like to ride together as a NEBO group.
