I lost one of my spare keys and I want to get another to replace it. Has anyone got a spare key made? If so what was the cost and how difficult was it?

The guy at the HD shop told me they must be ordered from the factoy pre cut. They would not sell only a blank to be cut elsewhere. This was yesterday.

Anyone with a key cutter should be able to cut it for you.

when i lost mine they charged me $20 at my local BUELL dealer (notice i did not day HD) ja ja, but they gave me 2 even though i only needed one. so that was not bad.

I did the same deal for mine. Around $20.00 for two keys and you don't have to worry about them working.
It takes about a week to get them.
