Something thats easily fabbed, even bolted together but it might be easier to search for a Sportster one if you want to buy one finished

I made mine from some scrap pieces of wood I had around my garage. The base is a couple of 2x4's with some small pieces of trim/hobby wood to fill in the irregularities of the bottom of the motor. One 2x4 supports most of the motor and another on the other side to stabilize it using the oil filter and rear of the case inside of the tensioner pulley mount. Don't attach the two 2x4's together or you will need to cut a hole to drop the oil pump.

Shoggin said he would come over to help with this project, but all he did was drink all my beer and leave. He is a jerk.

Zfolse- I borrowed two different era Sportster engine stands and neither worked for my 2003 984cc. It appears that Buell had made changes to the case in order to mount the swing arm from the case. I fabricated a simple stand that works great for all but splitting the case. If you need/want more info I can provide pictures and dimensions in a day or two.
