I really have no idea, I looked at every carbon fiber fender I could find online, and none look exactly like that. I do wonder if it is a transplant from another bike, or possibly a custom part. It might even be one of those Chinese parts that get sold for a few months on ebay then the seller disappears

Who knows. It was a bolt-on piece; I've seen a few Buells with it, and rode and tried to buy the Buell pictured, but haven't had any luck. Likely it was a Chinese piece as you suggested Froggy.

I've seen that thread too, and they top haven't found out the maker of this fender. One of the world's great mysteries I suppose.

The owner bought the bike with the fender, he thought it was stock.

These fenders were sold on eBay many years ago (2006-2007) or so by some mass manufacturing carbon fibre companies, some of them selling from Asia. I have one installed as well, still doing well.

It's not stock, and how they came up with the design I don't know.
