Use the search button, this has been covered extensively. As for "on demand", I haven't nailed it but sometimes it comes up real easy and sometimes not. It seems to depend on hitting exactly the right RPM's and going off/on the throttle the right way (or just whacking it at just the right time). I wish I could avoid trying but it's just too tempting. Good one Coldwthrrider! Although "I never wheelie" I have heard that if you wind the bike up to about 6-6500(on a 9)in first and then very quickly shift into second, the bike will stand up for you, if you are good, you can then catch 3rd gear and ride up to about 90 or so on the back wheel. Dave |

No, if your real good, you don't need to shift! (not that I can) |

Awesome pic Misato! The first one I mean... the Glitch edit looks like you're being chased by Rosco from Hazzard County! |

It's hard to get over 100 mph in second, that's why you need to shift! Dave |

Balance and you can go forever without needing to shift is what I was saying. I've seen Bill(my tall friend) hold a constant 70mph wheelie for 4 miles. Yes thats right 4 MILES! It was very impressive. (and yes, we got it on tape.) |

Can you pass cars and change lanes too????CRAZY MAN!!!CRAZY!!!!!Wheelies are run but I really get a kick out of hitting the curves and grinding my knee sliders on the asphault!!!Or better yet Slap some woop -A on some RC51 or GSXR100 or what ever,as we're talking I remind them them about my under powered little Buell. Hope to see you at the Ridge run!!! |
