Hey guys,

If I have to switch my setup from Drummer back to stock, can I leave the Race ECM and K&N Filter in place or do I have to put the stock ECM and stock filter back on as well?

Thanks for the info,

Jack

You can leave 'em.
It'll learn the set up just fine.
I would recommend the race ECM anyway.
It's not worried about running lean to pass emissions.

Glitch,

Just got off the line with Buell, they said that I have to put the stock ECM back on to work with the exhaust valve.....

Looks like I may have a Race ECM for sale along with the Drummer if my neighbors dont chill out.

what if you lock the valve at the setting for WOT?
It is something I have been pondering myself for the time being. Oh and I too have gotten this complaint since I got my bike here, and that is with the stock exhaust.
