Are you able to sell a raw one without a collector on it? I would love to get that and make it work with my dual inlet micron muffler.

My micron downpipes are damaged and it drives me crazy looking at them.

These headers appear similar to Micron headers. A market does exist for these.
Very. Nice. Headers.
Any dyno results?

deabh8 we sell them as they are in the shop complete.

We tested these heads before, better mid range and better top end power. I will be making new fuelmaps for our Torque Hammer setup. As soon as I have dyno results I post them here.

Look very nice Dris.

Only comment is that those O2 bosses should not be on the bottom though due to (slight) risk of condensation on cool down collecting and contaminating the sensors. I assume they are only there for your mapping purposes though.

BTW, on the subject of maps, will they be free with the headers? As you know, fitting these headers without adjusting the front/rear fuelling ratio will lead to very lean fuelling on the front at some conditions.

HE Dynosaur,

The picture with the 02 Bosses are my test headers they are for sale on request because people can have special builds and like to do there own tuning. (remind myself to put them in the shop also for 2010 models with bungs) Yes I will make new maps. The maps will work with the Torque Hammer exhaust. on all models.

Do you offer a muffler?
Something close to stock dB rating preferable; as not all of us want more noise.

How much of a DB increase (if it was even tested) do these headers do for the stock (non-race) muffler on either XB (9 or 12)?

Teeps, look here: http://www.twinmotorcycles.nl/artikelen.asp?cid=7& aid=134

http://www.twinmotorcycles.nl/artikelen.asp?cid=7& aid=134 Articles can be found in our shop for different models here:

Deanh*, No we don't make tailer made systems.

Nono443, This is not noticable when even measured because of the mechanical engine noise and exhaust noise.

Hi Dris, the equal length replacement XB headers look great. I'm looking forward to seeing a dyno result showing stock headers + Torque Hammer versus your headers + Torque Hammer.

Do you have a map for the Torque Hammer that goes with the 2010 XB9SX?

Your website says that the 2010's have a little less power than 2008's & 2009's. Is it possible that for some reason the specific 2010 Buell that you tested had less power, or have you seen this with several 2010's? I'm just wondering because the first motor in my XB9SX was a dog, but the new motor (replaced under warranty) is much faster and sounds better too. I couldn't understand why the 2010 would be any different than the 2008's or 2009's.

He Cityxruss,

Yes we have a map for the 2010 XB9 with Torque Hammer

The 2010 models Buell XB, run different fuelpump (read 1125CR) and different injectors with different spray pattern.

Going to be about 6 weeks for the Burns small muffler.

Trust me, this is NOT going to be a muffler for a streetbike.
