Has anyone ever replaced all of their hoses on their bikes? I am interested in doing this. Any recomendations.

The brake lines? They're braided SS stock... As are the oil lines. Not really sure what other lines there would be to upgrade. These are really high quality bikes.

What hose are you looking to replace? Every hose I can think of off the top of my head is stainless already.

Brake master cylinder to reservoir(rear) fuel line and a few other ones that are routed over the starter. I still need to track them out.

For the fuel line you'd want to makes sure to replace everything with the proper AN fittings. The quick disconnect at the fuel rail may be a problem but it's not unlikely that its the same as one off of a Chevy or Ford in which case there's probably an AN type adapter for it.

The other lines you're talking about are all breather lines. Upgrading those and the brake reservoir lines would be purely cosmetic, not that there's anything wrong with that.

2008 and newer XBs had rubber jacketed oil lines, not stainless braided.

You might try a hydrolics shop that makes hoses for semi trucks.growing up I worked as a shop boy in a heavy truck shop. We got custom made one made all the time because they were far less expensive. We would take in the damaged one and they would duplicate it.
