My check engine light will come on and then go off for no reason with no changes in the the it runs. I shorted the #1 and #2 pins and got code 11, TPS. I have the Erik Buell Racing ECM but I would imagine it would be the same as the stock ECM for codes. Any ideas on why this would come on?

This is the troubleshooting chart for code 11. It refers to using a breakout box but it is not required.
