Hi guys, I need a new battery, good quality and price. about the right command on the handle. One day I was idling the bike in the garage, a piece of cardboard was touching the exhaust right at the engine and caught in fire. aftermath. the right command " black little box" on the right hadle bar got slightly damage but all 3 wires going to different directions are dead.. please help. thanks a lot max | ||

well there's another good reason to not let our Buells sit and idle! 10 seconds idle, then ride. But I digress... Battery: get one that fits, and is sealed. That second part is VERY important since the battery sits on it's side. Switch: eBay. Search "Buell right switch" and "Buell right control" and you'll get tons of hits. Should be around $25 for a used one. Last I checked they were about $50 new. | ||

I'd just get a battery from Harley. The sealed lead acid batteries they sell are pretty good. You can go cheaper, just make sure it's sealed. SEALED. As for the right side switch gear, I may have some laying around at home. I can take a look this evening. |
