Thanks for posting the other pics. Looks really nice. I would love to be able to get a good straight shot out of the exhaust ports on our Buell's like you have the sidecar setup.

I have two questions about the side car setup. Is the pipe stepped at the first weld past the flange or is it an optical allusion? Also do you make your own y transitions?

yeah i also made the collectors myself
although there seems to be a lot more 'off the shelf' parts available in the states

Yeah, you can buy bits and pieces of nearly any size and shape, you just need to know how to weld.
I've seen some pretty messed up pipes from people that thought they could weld.
I'm really liking the way the reverso looks mounted.
