Makes a big difference in stability of the video the wider the angle. it seems like it anyway. Check out this youtube video. I compared the standard lens, with two others that I ordered. A wide angle lens, and fish-eye lens. The fish-eye lens was mounted inside the helmet looking through my gold face shield, but still looks pretty good.
Quality is much better than it looks on youtube.
Also, get a good memory stick, makes all the difference in the world.

No, they are not the same. So be careful. When I ordered them, they were 16.95 with free shipping. He has them listed for 18.95 now.

I got the camera from here

And I ordered the lenses from here.

From the link on ebay, it shows everything included. No extra lenses though. You have to order those separate .

Charger, several mounts, CD for web cam install, lanyard, jelly cover.
It does not come with the remote shown.

It does not come with a memory card. Built in memory is very small. There is a micro SD slot on the side for the mem.

The jelly lens I ordered is blurry, but the one from photojojo is crisp and clean.
You have to glue the metal ring on the camera. The lens has a neodymium magnet on contact side that holds well. I have mounted my camera inside my helmet, looking through the face shield. No wind to knock it off. The wide lens is small enough that the wind should not be a problem, but the fish-eye lens would come off in the wind.
I have pictures of all this, I'll post them up this afternoon when I get back home.

With that lens being magnetic, any concern for it rattling loose from the camera?

Netty,
Yes, but I mounted it inside the helmet. No concerns there. No wind to knock it off.
The Wide lens will stay just fine. If you want to mount it outside the helmet, I would fasten a leader to the lens just in-case it falls off.

Can you use it plugged in to aux power? Battery Active Life: 40~100min is to short for my rides.

Yes it does record while plugged in. You would have to make sure the voltage is correct.

Obiewan,
I see many of these on Ebay so, as long as they say MD80 they are all to be the same cameras etc.??

Also I wd. guess if one has it mounted on the bike somewhere there will be way too much wind noise etc.?

I mounted it on the front fairing of the bike, and it shakes too much for a clear picture. I also clipped it to the top of the face shield out side the helmet, it worked great there with the wide lens. I think the fish-eye lens would blow off.
They are not all the same, I would get it from the same seller I got them from on ebay. The link is posted above

The lenses and mount ring.
Left to right.
Macro, Fish-eye, Wide angle.

The wide angle lens screws onto the Macro lens.
The Fish-eye lens is one lens.

The three lenses I have

The mount ring glued to the camera with super glue. Holds great.

Fish-eye

Wide lens
