I'm looking to buy me a new seat, but it seems like all stores are out of stock. Does anyone where I can get the Select seat for my bike? Any other suggestions for a seat that gives me a bit more height? | ||

you will have to look here in the want add section ebay or craigs list because that is an accessory and you cannot buy buell accessories any more just stuff that came with a bike from the factory. as far as getting extra height I would suggest a seat from a xb9sx as it is higher than most of the other seats for the short frame xb bikes. | ||

I believe that is just the stock City-X seat, I know it's not a Select Seat. BTW, someone just sold a Select Seat on eBay (brand new) for over $500! | ||

Take your stock seat to an upholsterer and tell them what you want. Seat foam/gel, height, cover material etc.. | ||

eBay or the classifieds section here. My brother has a City-X that he just got a new seat for, I'll ask him. I just looked and you'r ein Norway, shipping would be a beyotch! Go to your dealer and buy a stock one, that will likely be your cheapest route. | ||

if you buy one from the dealer tell them it is the seat for say an 07 or older sx because either in 08 or 09 they put regular lightning seats on the sx. | ||

$500 for a Select Seat?!!!! Yikes! I guess if you can get it. Weren't they around $200-250 new? I bought one years ago from the dealer and that's all I recall paying for it. |
