So, I just got new tires changed and on the ride home going 80+ in the left lane my bike pops a few times. I slow down, and get into the right lane just as it starts to pop and cough constantly, 15 secs later it just dies afteer a REALLY loud POP! I pull over, no smoke or fire or anything, oil is fine. Check engine light is on though. I turn it off, and 5 mins later it starts up just fine. Plugged into ECMspy and this is what I see... Should I worry? What should I check... my fan wire is fine, and I don't see any exposed wires.

Get the battery charged first. Low voltage can play havoc with what the ECM reads.

Charge battery well, clear all trouble codes, check charging voltage,go from there and see if any codes re-appear. How old is battery?

It could actually be that your active muffler control valve is bad.
The muffler control valve motor is under your airbox cover, mounted in the top of your airbox. Looking at your profile pic, I see you are running a Jardine.
Your control valve motor, is probably cable tied open, and the cable tie broke.
I think, that if the ECM doesn't see the control valve open at a certain time, it will throw trouble code 21...
