Valentino on the Ducati, I believe he is testing the big bang engine here, he also tested the screamer engine later to decide which one they will use in 2011. I believe the screamer engine has pneumatic valves instead of spring like the F1 cars, Kawasaki tested a bike like that a year ago.

I pretty sure Ducati uses Desmodromic system in their GP bikes. Hence the name Desmosedici

I guess Ducati MotoGP bikes do use Desmo valves...wierd bikes.
