I just came across these badass direct replacement high flow fuel injectors for XBs. They are 60lb/hr and they drop right in to the XB manifolds!!!!! I was using injectors from the V-Rod Destroyer which flow about 47lb/hr and I had to modify the injector bosses to accept the slightly lower electrical connector on the injector. These Siemens Deka 60lb/hr have the exact same body as the stock XB injectors and they flow more than twice as much!!! These would really only work for a motor with some serious hp as they will support over 215hp naturally aspirated using stock fuel pressure and over 205hp forced induction running 58psi fuel pressure!!!! Yay!!!!

Here is a link to the supplier that just ordered them from: http://www.bmotorsports.com/shop/product_info.php/ cPath/144_146/products_id/449

I am installing some forged pistons and cranking up the boost some more to try to see 200hp

Equivalent Part Numbers:

* Siemens FI114962 or 107-962 ( 107962 )
* Mototron INJ-GAS-002 ( S107)
* Accel 74620S
* MSD / Edge 2030

Do they fit the stock fuel rail too?

Yes they do. They are exactly the same as the stock XB injectors except they flow more and have a different spray pattern.

Don't the XBs just use Ford injectors? I would think that there would be several performance injectors to choose from.

Ford uses several different styles of fuel injectors so I'm not sure that you could classify them like that. Most of the performance injectors for Ford cars like Mustangs are much too large and don't fit.

The stock XB injectors have specific front and rear spray patterns that are angled towards the intake valves.

You can use these in a stock engine but there would be no reason to as the stock injectors can provide plenty of fuel for even modified engines. Using larger injectors only is necessary when the stock injectors have to stay open too long to provide enough fuel during the intake cycle. The electronic solenoid in the injector can overheat and the spray pattern and injection timing can suffer if the injector's duty cycle is greater than around 80-85%.

It depends on what is put into the 90ci engine and what kind of hp you expect to see. There are several websites that have basic calculators to estimate injector size based on your engine. www.rceng.com has one that is clearly explained. That will give you a good approximation to start with.

Here is a link to a video I just took of the intake manifold and various injectors including the new 60lb/hr ones.

The Vrod injectors look pretty, but those Siemens injectors certainly are the correct part, no big guess who makes the stock injectors now.

Ya, the stock injectors are made by Siemens/Deka. You can see their logo molded into the injector body.

I thought PT cruiser injectors and the larger turbo PT cruiser injectors where the larger direct replacements for the XB12X?
